Martial Arts America has been offering instruction and training in martial arts since 1989. Located in Laredo, TX, Martial Arts America has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.

Headed by Juan Carlos Nava (5th Dan) and a staff of expert instructors and managers, including Hector Diaz, Joey Medina, Juan Carlos Nava Jr., Alejandro Nava, Rene Ornes, Martial Arts America offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in martial arts.
